Chelsea have released their new home kit for the 2019/2020 season, with Eden Hazard at the centre of the promotional pictures. It has given some supporters hope the playmaker will snub interest from Real Madrid and remain at Stamford Bridge.
Introducing our 2019/20 @nikefootball home kit! Get yours https://t.co/TJfP0JhBuG#ITSACHELSEATHING pic.twitter.com/mq5cKQ7VT4— Chelsea FC (@ChelseaFC) May 2, 2019The new Nike kit is inspired by Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge home where they have played since 1905.“Just as it is woven into our history, it is woven into the fabric of our brand new kit,” the club say.Chelsea have a 900m deal with Nike to manufacture their kits. Hazard is Chelsea’s top scoring player with 16 goals and said about the design: “Its our home. Every time we step out to play in front of our fans, it just feels right.“Weve created so many memories at the Bridge over the years, so its only fitting that we pay tribute to such an iconic stadium through the jersey.”The Blues currently occupy the final Champions League qualifying spot, two points clear of fifth-placed Arsenal with two games remaining in what has been a challenging first season for manager Maurizio Sarri.
