Leicester City are confident they can sign Youri Tielemans on a permanent deal despite interest from Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United.Tielemans has quickly established himself as a popular figure at the club since signing on loan from Monaco in January, in a deal that saw Adrien Silva move in the opposite direction.2

The Ligue 1 side have put a 40million price tag on the midfielder amid growing speculation that Spurs and United want to hijack the move.The 21-year-old scored his first goal for Belgium last week during their 3-1 win over Russia.Brendan Rodgers said the club is pushing ahead with the move despite the departure of their head of recruitment earlier this month.2
