Bielsas comments allude to the fact he did it in the interests of fair play and perhaps he did not want to win in such a way and make all the stories be about that incident.Others have been a little more cynical and suggested that he may have seen an easy win in light of the ‘spygate’ scandal earlier in the season.Whatever the reasons, it will effectively draw a line under the incident.
