He’s had a brilliant second season at the Etihad and has now signed a deal that keeps him at the club until 2025.He scored nine times for the club in all competitions last season and brought his tally for this term up to the same amount on Tuesday with his goal in the 7-0 Champions League last-16 second-leg thrashing of Schalke.Silva, who has made 93 appearances for City, said on the club’s official website: “It’s an honour to extend my deal with Manchester City. “This club offers everything a player needs to fulfil their ambitions and there’s nowhere else I want to be.“As soon as I heard City wanted me to stay longer, my mind was made up.
