Similarly, United could only manage 1.53 points per game under the ‘Special One’ this season, while Solskjaer has averaged 2.75 points per game since his dismissal in mid-December.One of United’s most resurgent stars, Paul Pogba, reportedly fell out with Mourinho in the build up to the manager’s sacking.He was benched for Mourinho’s final game in charge, but since Solskjaer’s arrival, the French midfielder has scored six goals and registered five assists in just eight Premier League matches.3
