Marcus Rashford is being held back at Manchester United and should seal a move to Juventus to achieve his full potential, believes talkSPORT host Micky Gray.Rashford is reportedly being tracked by Juventus and Real Madrid, amid reports he is frustrated with his current role under manager Jose Mourinho.The 21-year-old England international has made only five Premier League starts so far and has scored more goals for his country [three] than for his club [two] this season.He is also yet to play a full game for United in his preferred position as a central striker.But former Premier League defender Gray says the young Englishman is a better centre-forward than Romulu Lukaku, and should be starting instead of the Belgian in Uniteds first XI.3

Gray also believes he is being wasted at Old Trafford and should leave Old Trafford to join Juve saying the Italian champions would be the perfect place for him to fulfil his true potential.Speaking to Jim White, he said on Tuesday: Since Rashford came into the Man United team four seasons ago, hes been taken off in 50 per cent of the games he has started. He has also never finished a game, never played 90 minutes, when he has played as a striker.I believe he is being held back and that has to be down to the manager and the system Man United play.Jose said when he played the other week against Newcastle that Rashford looked sad, and it shouldnt be like that – hes a Manchester boy, he should be loving his football but hes not.3

Hes not enjoying his football, hes not enjoying the system, he doesnt want to play on the right or the left.I firmly believe he is a better centre-forward than Romelu Lukaku.I think Rashford is a better player, hes got the complete game and he should be in the starting 11 in that role.United fans are getting frustrated with Lukaku – his first touch is letting them down, they try to play everything through Lukaku and it just bounces back.
